Search Terms
When a name, location, or other search detail is entered into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Effingham County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and contact details may be kept long enough to review and respond. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
